Refund policy

We will happily exchange or issue store credit on clothing that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with ALL original tags still attached within 10 days of the confirmation of USPS delivery. The receipt included in your package must be present. However, we DO NOT exchange or issue store credit for Vintage items, accessories, shoes, sandals, jewelry, handbags, and sale items. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but we do not issue refunds or accept returns. No exceptions. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please contact us ASAP so we can take care of the matter. Please send us an email with images of the damaged package. 

*Please note: items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed for exchanged purchases. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We can provide you with a return label, for $6.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
All exchanges must meet the following requirements.
* Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 10 days of receiving order.
* Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
* Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
* Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
* Final Sale and Special Order items may not be returned. 
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and a refund will not be issued.
