Since 1982 Polkadots & Moonbeams has been a hotspot for stylists, film and television costumers, fashionistas and celebrities- Julia Roberts, Drew Barrymore, Demi Moore, Eva Mendes, Reese Witherspoon, Leeza Gibbons, to name a few - looking to create unique styles that rebel against the corporate "one look fits all" fashion mentality.

It all started a long time ago when Miss Moonbeam, declaring semi-retirement from the life of a ski-bum, came to LA with a refined sense of retro style.  After finishing her college education she realized her dream of creating a place where people could come, shop, and hang out in an atmosphere that was like her living room. Miss Moonbeam is to this day a true treasure-hunter acquiring only the most fashionable pieces for her savvy, fashion forward customers.  She and her well trained staff, we should call them style experts, treat every customer like royalty and know how to make them look fabulous.

Today West 3rd Street is one of the hottest shopping destinations in Los Angeles, with Polkadots & Moonbeams' two locations anchoring the 8300 block.
